"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on Council adaptation grants for the North of the Nass Road area broken down by grant type and tenure type (Council and Private); the total number of outstanding applicants approved and waiting funding and the total amount of funding required to clear this waiting list; the total number of grants approved and funded for 2015 and in 2016; the total number of applicants that can not be progressed because of outstanding requests for OT reports."

In relation to Grants for Privately owned property please find below details of the number of applications approved and funded and the number of Grants approved awaiting funding in the Clondalkin and Lucan Electoral Area for 2016 (up to 31/10/16).

The number of grants approved and funded for in 2015 was 45 and accounted for €370,252.72.
It is anticipated that we will have adequate funding for the remainder of 2016.
