"That  this committee discuss the environmental problem at the Rathfarnham/Fairways outfalls discharging pollution regularly into the Dodder.  The (a) a reason be given (b) a methodology for permanent solution as this is a serious environmental issue - the many interventions to date have not worked and a permanent solution must be found. "

"That this council discuss the Graffiti ‘problem’ in the TRAC area –to outline what can be done to have same removed immediately– noting some of the Graffiti is on hoarding erected on private property where planning permission has been granted but not developed e.g. Burmah Garage Wellington Lane, Traders site St. James’s Rd and also public sites. This is spoiling and having a very negative effect on our area. Areas mentioned reported previously."

"That this Council recommends that the Rathfarnham area be included in the review of the SDCC Water Leisure Strategy – it does not even merit a mention in the current strategy - even though it was requested at that time (2000).  Taking into consideration that this Council is divided by electoral area this must be reviewed."
