"To ask the Manager in consultation with the Manager of St Dominic's Response project to arrange for the gap in the fence at the rear of the building to be repaired as it is being used as a pedestrian rat run which is compromising the security of the building and the children in the neighbouring childcare facility".

That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out a survey of the senior citizen housing clusters in the Tallaght area to ensure that the pedestrian access to the housing is in a safe condition and to ensure that public lighting is fully operational.

That this Council restore the pedestrian crossing point on the Ballycullen Road at Woodstown Shopping Centre. The Council will also examin the posibility of removing or reducing plants on the roundabout at that location as it is obstructing the vision of motorists

That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the possibility of dividing Road Painted signage indicating left and right hand lanes and turns in the form of painted arrows on Killinarden Heights adjacent to Knockmore Estate and the Jobstown Depot entering the N81".

"That this Committee receives a report on the plans contained within the NTA Draft Cycle Network Plan for the Greater Dublin Area relevant to the area under its remit, including (i) existing routes, (ii) designed routes and (iii) future routes."

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for signing and lining of parking spots including disabled in the grounds of St Dominic's Response Project and to investigate what safety signage and lining can be delivered at the entrance/exit to the project in the interest of pedestrian safety of those accessing the adjoining shopping centre".

To ask the Manager for a report on any river flooding which has taken place during the recent spells of bad weather in the area under the remit of this Committee; to state whether the flood alleviation and monitoring works which have taken place in recent years have been effective to date; to provide an update on the proposed flood alleviation works for the River Poddle and the projected timeline of these works; and to make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Manager to set out the procedure for persons not on the Register of Electors to be included in time for the May elections.

To ask the Manager to outline the Council's plans for promoting electoral registration in the area under the remit of this Committee in advance of the May elections, in particular amongst new communities and young people, and to make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Manager to state if the arrangements for polling in May's elections in the area under the remit of this Committee will remain the same as before, to give details of any proposed changes, and to make a statement on the matter.
