That the Manager implements without delay a systematic cleansing schedule to address litter blackspot areas within Tallaght as opposed to the current response and reaction to cleansing that takes place.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate what steps can be taken to ensure that the owners of the Burmah garage take active responsibility for it and  maintain it to a standard that does not impact negatively on the local community. As things stand at the moment the two cottages on the site have a signifecent amount of graffiti on them and the gardens are overgrown and full of rubbish.

That the Manager explains/outlines how enforcement may take place under the Litter Pollution Act when a resident of a property fails to produce proof of disposal of waste and to consider targetting systematically areas within Tallaght that may be considered problematic in terms of dumping.
