To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the role that South Dublin County Council plays in the granting of permission for public events and concerts in the Counties parks and facilities. The report to include the measures taken to ensure that the correct organisational measures are in place, if the Council receives fees for the use of its facilities and to confirm where the responsibility lies to ensure proper and safe access and egress, including public transport.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on the number of ringbouys in the County and to list their exact locations.
That this Area Committee requests that the manager de-weed the fishing lakes in Corkagh Park. Fish are slowly suffocating with the lack of oxygenated water.
That the Chief Executive add Shancastle to the next Tree Maintenance Programme of works.

That this committee call on the manager to award Green Flag status to Greenhills Park in recognition of the ongoing work of the Templemanor Residents Associations ongoing work towards a place of excellence for biodiversity for the benefit of their community and beyond.
To ask the manager to schedule for a comprehensive and thorough clean-up to the entire hedge row that extends from the rear of Rowlagh, St Marks, Glenfield and Shancastle, and borders the length of the Fonthill Road.
The regressive response to Question 12 from the council of March 2022 that asked for an update on the feasibility study on the installation of public toilets is noted. To ask the Chief Executive - how many complaints has SDCC received in relation to car parking issues in estates in the County broken down by LEA from 2021 to the current date.
That this Council declares that, given recent revelations, it has no confidence in An Bord Pleanála. Current members of the board should step down or be removed, and replacements sourced via an independent recruiter. Should the motion be agreed a letter issues to An Taoiseach, the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and Minister of State, with special responsibility for Local Government and Planning.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a list of homeless hubs in the county and if there is a waiting list for hubs, how many families are waiting?
To ask the Chief Executive what is the average waiting time for homeless priority by bedroom size, if the applicant/s were not on the housing list prior to becoming homeless?
That this Council writes to Minister for Housing and Local Government, Darragh O'Brien, to support his Department's initative of setting up a working group to examine the possibility of utilising the Housing Act of 2013 to allow for local authority rents to be withdrawn directly from social welfare payments where tenants in receipt of welfare are more than 3 months in arrears.
