"To ask the Manager when a request by residents who live in the Beechdale Estate in Ballycullen to have the right of way at Beechdale Crescent extinguished will be determined by South Dublin County Council and given the fact that the title holder of the land in question has formally written to the Council acceding to the request of the local residents, when it expects that this matter will be determined and if he will make a statement on the matter?"
