How will the emissions & odour from this plant & others in the immediate area be monitored & what impact is there on the local adjoining communities of Palmerstown, the Community College & the residents of Ballyfermot.

That the Manager undertakes to immediately provide Traffic lights at the Liffey Valley Roundabout (St. Loman’s Rd./Fonthill Rd.junction) in the interests of freeing up traffic jams in the general area. Given that such a proposal formed part of the planning application for the lands at St. Loman’s and that regrettably the plan was approved by An Bord Pleanála, it would make sense to put the measures in place in advance of the commencement of the development.
