QUESTION: Councillor M. Árdagh

To ask the Manager to investigate the major refurbishing work being carried out at (details supplied) to ascertain if they are exempted.  

REPLY:

The matter will be investigated by the Planning Inspector.  Any enforcement action deemed necessary shall be taken upon receipt of the Inspector's report.

The Councillor will be kept informed as the investigation progresses.
