"To ask the Manager to detail the number of planning enforcement complaints received within each local electoral area in South Dublin County Council, the number of these complaints deemed valid and of those the number not pursued, the number pending and the number successfully pursued through the Courts by way of enforcement proceedings for 2003, 2004 and 2005 in this area, the total number employed within the enforcement section to deal with such complaints and the average waiting time in each of the years mentioned above before the issues raised by a complainant are resolved and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to establish a pedestrian crossing close to the junction of Wellington Lane and Limekiln Drive as it is virtually impossible for pedestrians to cross Wellington Lane at this point and given the presence of a bus stop and a significant amount of pedestrian traffic through Limnkiln Drive, that this matter be addressed by way of either a pedestrian crossing or a zebra crossing and that the matter be discussed."
