That the Manager updates this Committee on what consultation has taken place with local residents with regard to the proposed infill housing in Airlie Heights.

That this Committee calls upon the Manager to ensure that in future, appropriate provision is made for the exchange of outdated bin tags without requiring residents to travel to Council Offices.

That this Council will endeavour to remove offensive graffiti in the Clondalkin area inciting racism or graffiti  that is anti Garda Síochána in naming its members in a vulgar manner or any graffiti that is vulgar in its content will be removed within a 48 hour period by white washing the wall be it public or private.

To ask the Manager when does the Roads Department expect to be in a position to level along the South side of the Naas road between the Long Mile and Red Cow junctions ? In particular when does the Manager expect to have removed dangerous metal objects sticking out of this rubble which could pose extreme danger in the event of a vehicle leaving the road?

To ask the Manager what does the Director of Roads plan to do about the occasional accidents and frequent near miss accidents caused by Vehicles coming off the Long Mile Road onto the South Bound lane of Naas Road and not noticing the standard yield sign there ? Does the Director of Roads not agree that much more visible "Yield" signage is needed at this point given the layout of the junction and the volume of traffic coming through there that is not familiar with the junction?

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the removal of the graffiti at the wall on Kiltipper Road (adjacent to Kiltipper estate) and will the Manager please note the negative impression that such graffiti gives to the general Kiltipper area and will the Manager make a statement on the issue?."

"To ask the Manager to outline the planning history (if any) of the telephone mast at the rear of Cookstown Cottages, Cookstown Road and if the telephone mast is in full compliance with section 12.10.1.111 of the Development Plan (2004-2010) which came in to effect on December 8th, 2004 and will the Manager note the widespread concerns expressed by residents in the adjacent estates and will the Manager make a statement on the numerous issues raised within this question?"
