"To ask the Manager when the problems causing severe flooding after heavy rainfall at (details provided) which has been raised previously, will be addressed?" 

REPLY:

This problem is associated with the overall drainage system for the area and the Drainage Department have a scheme in place which should commence on site in 2007.
