To ask the Manager if he will request the Environmental Services Department to undertake a tidy-up of the steps, and adjacent areas leading from Chapel Hill, Lucan to the Car Park opposite St Mary's Church, Lucan, as litter and dead vegetation is a hazard for the many pedestrians who walk this route?
