That the Manager present a report on refuse collection in Moorefield Estate, on the policy of whether two €4 tags are accepted as the equivalent of an €8 tag and on whether there are plans to increase the number of outlets in Neilstown Shopping Centre which sell the tags.

That this Committee calls on the Manager responsible to initiate the process for the establishment of a trading pitch/site at the entrance to Palmerstown Cemetery. Traditionally, and when the entrance was directly from Kennelsfort Road, there was a licenced trader selling flowers and who has had to endure a lot of hardship due to the fact that his pitch/site was not moved when the entrance was relocated to its present location.
That the Lucan-Clondalkin Area Committee is concerned with the apparent upsurge in incidents where bin tags are stolen from bins in estates in Lucan, and requests the Manager to raise the matter with An Garda Siochana in Lucan and Ronanstown with a view to detection and charging of the culprits, and further requests the Manager to review the policy of the Council in dealing with residents whose tags are stolen but who require to have their bins collected urgently.
That the Manager would present a detailed report for discussion on all progress made and work completed on Graffiti removal in Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown, since the Graffiti Removal Crew was established. Specifically what works have been completed, and what works remain outstanding since the upsurge of Graffiti desecration in our community during the Christmas and New Year period, and what assistance has the Manager provided to Residents and Residents Associations where Graffiti damages has been caused to privately owned walls and lands.
