To ask the Manager that in view of the anti -social activities along Lock View Road, Clondalkin that this Council will keep to a minimum the amount of stones and rubble left loose due to earthworks in this area. Local youths are using stones to break windows in buses and Dublin Bus has threatened to withdraw services from Bawnogue/Kilmahuddrick.

To ask the Manager if he will make a report on the measures undertaken by the Council to control litter in and around Ballyowen Castle Shopping Centre, noting that residents in the nearby estates of Colthurst/Huntingdon Glen, Abbeywood/Abbeydale and Rochfort Downs have reported increased litter on their estates apparently arising from the Shopping Centre?

To ask the Manager to provide a progress report on the Council's objective to secure 15% of the units in the Adamstown SDZ for social and affordable housing, and if he can advise as to the number of such units anticipated to be delivered in the first part of the first phase, i.e. the housing units granted permission and under construction, and recommends to the Manager that in the interest of promoting community diversity of Adamstown from the outset  the Council examines the possibility of assigning some of the social and affordable housing to be used as sheltered accommodation for older people.
