That this Committee calls on South Dublin County Council to re-design and re-build the gap between Woodford Heights and Monastery Gate Estate with a view to:

a)  Keeping the gap open for pedestrians.

b)  Designing it in such a way so that it doesn't encourage groups to congregate there (e.g. no low walls, use of trees, initially encased with vandal proof protection).
