Re-development of Belgard Road Residential Caravan Park

REPLY:

Following requests to meet with the Management of the I.T. Tallaght in relation to the proposed re development of the Residential Caravan Park at Belgard Road, adjacent to the campus ground, a meeting between officials of the Housing department and members of the managing committee of the college took place in December 2007. At the meeting proposals were discussed and confirmation of the Councils intention to redevelop the site were conveyed, in writing, to the Committee. The college have confirmed that the matter will be placed on the agenda of a meeting of the college Board of Management to be held on the 14^th February 2008.

 

Following this meeting, the Council will be contacted with the proposals of the College in relation to the redevelopment of the site and the Campus.

A report will issue to the Area Committee at the earliest possible meeting after this correspondence is received
