To ask the Manager to expedite the request from Moy Glas Residents Association for the exact criteria used when formulating the recent assessment of noise levels at sections of railings bordering the Moy Glas Estate and Outer Ring Road and to set an early date and agenda for meeting with the Moy Glas Residents Association and AWN Consulting on this and associated matters and to bring a speedy resolution to the issues raised by Moy Glas Residents Association as this has been a cause of concern and frustration for residents for some months now.

That this Committee recommends that the County Council raise the dividing wall between the St. Brigid's Road houses and the new senior citizens dwellings off the New Road by two blocks to ensure privacy upstairs in the St. Brigid's houses.
