"That the Manager report on whether a management company is required for Airpak on Stocking Lane as a conditon of planning and whether or not the estate, aside from the apartments, is to be taken in charge."
REPORT:
S94a/0512 - permission granted for 54 houses. The permission does not include a condition requiring submission of a management agreement. However, it has not been offered for taking in charge by the developer.
S99a/0633 - permission granted for revisions to already approved plans (s94a/0512) condition 21 states 'the applicant is requested to submit details of a Management Agreement for the maintanance and control of the full extent of the site'.
S00A/0884 - permission granted for revised layout incorporating: 7 1-bed apartment, 9 2-bed apartments, 18 2-bed apartments, 48 3-bed houses, 15 4-bed houses. Condition 3 states:
The applicant is requested to submit a Management Agreement for the maintanance and control of the areas of communal private open space and any other areas which are not to be taken in charge.
The applicant/developer has sent in a Management Agreement covering the whole estate and accordingly this Management company would be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the estate.
