Cathaoirleach's Business       Cllr. G. O'Connell

That this Committee recommends that the Council, as a matter of urgency, pursue the provision of Bus shelters on Kennelsfort Road as per my earlier motion on this issue, as this road is now one of the few roads in the area that does not have a bus shelter at each bus stop. This is even more necessary given the fact that pedestrians have to walk a fair distance from neighbouring estates to catch what can be an infrequent bus service, and that my earlier request for a safety barrier at the City-bound bus stop at the Oval (N4) be pursued at the same time.
