That trees that are over developed be removed from estates. The Council does not have the money to cut them down. it will save money in the long term. There are better places to plant these trees. They are unsuitable for residential areas.

National heritage area designations in Brittas, Rathcoole, Saggart de-zone any land the Council owns in these areas that the areas in question undergo local heritage area plans to decrease development here. that it be a stipulation in the plan to increase heritage areas in these areas where possible. i.e. any land that the council has that is zoned residential, a % set aside

That this Council develops a framework to develop interactive digital media (e.g. at luas stops) as opposed to paper based or digital advertising.
That this Council works with the Monastery Residents Association in developing allotments there working with South Dublin County Allotments Association.
That this Council allocates the funding required for the Round Tower, Clondalkin. A percentage of funds from rates/zonings etc (e.g. from Milltown) could be used to generate funds.
That this Council installs a GAA pitch on the Grange Lands adjacent to Kilcarbery in conjunction with the residents association and Clondalkin GAA.
That funding (again from capital percentages) be allocated to develop St Cuthbert's Community Centre, again saving money in the long term.
That the Manager removes from the development plan connection to the M50 from Cloverhill Road, Clondalkin.
That the public consultation be re-examined to give a fair weight to the number of submissions made on specific areas of interest.
That any land the Council has that is zoned housing, be zoned open recreation. We cannot de-zone private investors' land and there is excessive land zoned in the county.
That the Council gives a list of sites it owns for residential development throughout the county that have NOT YET been developed. and that a % be de-zoned to recreational amenity
