That the decision of granting permission for masts be given to a vote by the Councillors.

REPORT:

The determination of planning applications is a statutory executive function, under the Planning and Development Acts and Regulations. The motion is therefore not appropriate to the Draft Development Plan..

RECOMMENDATION:

That the motion not be adopted.
