MOTION NO. 264

MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That the Manager removes from the development plan connection to the M50 from Cloverhill Road, Clondalkin.

REPORT:

The provision of an interchange at this location does not form part of any funding plan by Government. While the deletion of the SLO would reflect the funding poistion, its inclusion in the Draft Development Plan to date reflects the expressed will of the Member’s for it to remain. 

With respect to the potential positive impacts of removing the connection, there is, therefore, no objection to this motion.
