That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the feasibility and possibility of facilitating a cul de sac at Russell Place  as has been requested by residents in the area in the interest of safety and to stop the 'rat running' through the road to avoid the traffic lights nearby.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to seriously investigate the possibility of funding some form of traffic calming or realignment of the roundabout in Deselby Estate before someone is killed as numerous serious accidents have occurred at this location.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to review the operation of the new lights at Orwell Shopping Centre and to ensure that illegal parking by Dublin Bus is stopped. The Parking by Buses which has been a problem for years has been compounded by the new lights.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for inspection of the green space between Bolbrook and Avonmore Park with a view to excavating and levelling the surface particularly adjacent to 18 Avonmore Park to enable depot staff to maintain the area to a satisfactory condition and to prevent it from being a dumping black spot.

That this Committee, while acknowledging the hard work of the Parks and Environment maintenance staff, calls on the Manager to once and for all address the ongoing problem of when residents associations or voluntary groups agree a pick up date for rubbish and green waste after an estate or park cleanup by them that this Council collects within a set time frame 1-3 days of agreed date.
