That this Council give due consideration to the results of a survey conducted by a resident of the County to establish the views/experiences of senior citizens in relation to our Grey and Brown Bin collection. 52 pensioners were surveyed and replies from 47 were received:  Details attached.

That this Committee proposes that South Dublin County Council makes one third of the parking spaces in its Clondalkin car park, behind the Clondalkin Civic Offices, available to the public for parking at a reasonable fee.

That this council recommends that the Manager, in accordance with section 3 of Control of Horses Act 1996, designates inspectors from the Dublin SPCA as 'Authorised Officers' as defined by the Act, for the purpose of supporting South Dublin County Council in meeting it's responsibilities under the Act and to allow the DSPCA to more effectively undertake it's duties in relation to horse welfare.

That the Council consider some positive and proactive steps which can be taken in association with Residents Associations and Community Organisations in order to address some of challenges that adverse weather conditions causes to residents of estates, particularly in high lying areas
