"That the Manager give a report on the pay parking at Rathfarnham Village and discuss could there be some changes made to pay parking in the village under the review of pay parking.
- Could a fifteen minute grace be given to shoppers dropping items or collecting items?
- Could the five loading bays at the new bicycle shop be better sign posted and their time increased.
- Could the loading bays be used by shoppers to drop items or collect items?"
"That the Manager give a report on the lands at the rear of 34a Moyville with regard to the enforcement order placed on the owner of the land and what progress has been made.
The enforcement orders content differs substantially from the first order some years ago.
There seems to be no understanding to the comments given at a previous Rathfarnham Committee Meeting by Councillors on the planning file or history of past record of objection of Palmer Park residents."

"To ask the Manager to update the Committee on any inspection the Conservation Officer may have carried out on Marlay Grange, since it was severly damaged by fire?"

To ask the Manager that the landowners of the old 'ESSO' service station and also the 'Lexington' sites on Monastery Road are contacted regarding their properties condition and presentation as they are having a significant negative visual impact. We ask that responsibility is taken by all parties and immediate action is taken to improve these sites.
"That this Committee approves of the provision of Salt Boxes for Prospect Manor and Orlagh Grove estates, along with the other estates included in the recent list circulated to Members."
That this Committee strongly objects to the continuing display of merchandise and transacting on the public pavement on Main Street. Furthermore despite this issue being raised several times over the past few years by Members we are disappointed at the perceived lack of action and urgency in addressing the problem and request that it is sorted in the short term.
