Letter, dated 18/12/13, from Leitrim Co. Council to Minister for Environment regarding proposal to introduce a Levy on all Vacant Commercial Premises
That this Council, as part of the Green Dog Walkers initiative and to compliment the roll out of the 2014 regional strategy, erect anti -dog fouling signs in requested areas.
That this Council endeavours to employ aptly skilled members of the Travelling Community in the construction/refurbishment of their Traveller Accomodation

"That the Manager presents a report on peak hour morning traffic congestion at Griffeen Avenue and its approaching roads."

"That the Manager give a report on speeding traffic at the Grange Road down the hill from the Grange Road/Taylors Lane junction. There seems to be no speed indication signs or go slow signs and please indicate what can be done to lower the traffic speed on the Grange Road."
"That the Manager include in the 2014 footpath programme an upgrade of the footpath on the side of the Grange Road at the entrance to St. Endas."
"That the Manager please give an update on the extra provision of car parking spaces at Rosemount Shopping Centre."
That the Council states how much in terms of finance and resources it costs to accept payment for property tax and that function should rest with the Department of the Environment
