This Committee agrees that the Manager shall present a report for discussion at the meeting on the completion of Ballynakelly/Newcastle Lyons estate with respect to the estate being taken in charge by the Council; detailing contacts between the Council and the receivers on the completion of all outstanding works on the site - and the Council and the Department of Environment with respect to the Departments on-going work on unfinished estates.
