That this Area Committee agree to raise the wall in Foxborough Downs. The wall is attracting anti-social behaviour. Teenagers are starting fires at the wall. It's being used as a short cut which residents are not happy about. It is a cul-de-sac and residents feel the wall is not high enough to avail of the benefits of such.
