That this County Council shall make every effort to have repaired the damage caused by the water improvement works on the pathways, roadways and properties of the residents in the Greenhills area and that this County Council will ensure that the appropriate repairs are done in consultation with the people there.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to ascertain who owns the land outside the AIB bank in Templeogue village where parked cars constantly block the footpath. And, if the land is owned by the Bank, do the Council have any say in the manner in which it is utilised. Also to check if the Bank has planning permission for the ATM that is installed there.

That the Manager reviews without delay the serious safety issue posed to pedestrians attempting to cross the N81 between the junctions at the Killinarden Road (Jobstown House) and the Outer Ring Road and to report back to this committee with a headed item for October outlining plans to address this deficit in pedestrian access in this area.
