“To ask the Manager to set out precisely when the housing estates in Jobstown and especially Cloonmore, Bawnlea, Drumcara and Kilclare will be included in the window replacement programme which has been put in place by South Dublin County Council’s Housing Department in cooperation with the Department of the Environment over recent years, and given the age of the above mentioned areas and the fact that the replacement programme to date has not delivered in these areas as it has in other parts of West Tallaght in particular, if a firm commitment could be given to residents in these communities, that the window replacement programme will be expedited and completed within the shortest possible timeframe, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
