REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAVELLER ACCOMMODATION PROGRAMME

The following is the current position on developments at various stages of delivery throughout the Tallaght Area of the County.

Hazel Hill, Killinardin Group Houses – 5

R.C.P. – 5 Bays

 Completed & Occupied Residents moved into scheme in December 2006.
Fortunestown 10 Group Houses – Completed & Occupied Residents moved into scheme in Dec. 2006.
Stocking Lane 10-bay RCP Tender Contracts signed – Development to commence early October 2007
Rathcoole 10 GH Pre-part 8 Design for revised Part 8 process for group housing to be prepared.

Belgard Road Re-development - Scheduled to start construction in 2008. Progress dependent on ITT Master Plan.
