"To ask the Housing Dept to consider the relocation of the bins  located  outside  Traveller Accomodation at Cookstown Road  as this area  is being used as a dumping site by residents from surrounding estates?"

"To ask the Manager to report in detail what plans if any there are for the land where the Community Facility was recently demolished in Ard Mór Estate".

"To ask the Manager make a report indicating how many families are on the Housing waiting list for adapted housing and could he also indicate how many are considered priority for two and three bed housing ?"

"To ask the Manager if an application for funding for the skatepark in Jobstown park has been made via the most recent Sports Capital Grant programme. ?"

"To ask the Parks Dept organise a supply of Ivy plants to the residents of Kingswood- a large quantity required as they intend to cover two boundary walls within the Estate?"

"To ask the Manager for an update on my motion No 11 from our TAC meeting held on Septemeber 23rd last whereby discussions where to be had between the Parks and Roads department with regard to concreting or using tarmac to cover the small piece of grass within the laneway at the location specified in the motion at the View Millbrook Lawns as requested by the local Residents Association".

"To ask the Manager to report on what progress, if any, has been made in respect of the screening of utility boxes in the green space at the junction of the Old Bawn Rd near the crossroads with Old Bawn Way and Seskin View Rd.?"

" That this Committee calls on the Manager to remove the trees at 47 Knockmore Park and 31 Knockmore Crescent as residents are fearful of their stability and are concerned about the fact that their roots are damaging the footpaths and walls in their vicinity".

"That the Manager arrange for more frequent and rigorous cleansing of the footpath that runs adjacent to St Dominic's National School  leading to the Charlie O'Toole bridge and including the area around the bridge as it appears to be a wind trap that ensures large amounts of leaves and litter gather in the vicinity on a larger scale than regular areas".

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to examine in consultation with local residents the possibility of developing allotments on the Lands at Knockmore Avenue adjacent to the lands that are subject to a part 8 Housing proposal where the old nuns House once stood, this a Community proposal that already has some support from local residents in Knockmore".

"To ask the Manager for an up to date report on the cleansing of gullies in the Firhouse and Ballycullen areas of Tallaght South ward, to include the date on which they were last cleaned?"

"To ask the Manager to report on activities of the Dog Warden in parks and green spaces within the Tallaght South ward? "

"To ask the Manager to provide a full report on the environmental impact of the recent fire at the Oxigen waste facility in Ballymount; to state if the facility is in compliance with its licence to operate; to state what role elected Councillors have in deciding on issues of planning, licencing, bye-laws and other policies related to this site; to state what protections are in place for the small number of residents directly adjacent in Ballymount as well as downwind; and to make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager to provide a detailed report on action taken to secure and make safe the former Cleanbuild site at Bohernabreena Road, given the fact that the site is potentially hazardous and that there is history of unauthorised incursion?"

"To ask the Manager make a report regarding the frequency of Road Sweeping on St Dominics Road and to indicate if consideration can be given to carrying out the operation before or after school opening hours, when parked cars are not an obstruction? "

"To ask the Manager how many dog fouling fines have been issued in the county in the last twelve months?"

"To ask the Manager to arrange for a cleaning crew as a matter of urgency to do a litter pick and general clean up of the Templemanor entrance into Greenhills park and of the park as well as they are in a very bad state?"

"To ask the Manager that attention be given to improving  the boundary wall between Kilnamanagh and Kingswood on Bóthar Katharine Tynan- this is one of the main arterial routes into Tallaght and is in need of repair and refurbishment to make it  more welcoming and attractive for residents and visitors alike?"

"Can the Manager report on the proposed use of stenciled dog fouling signs for the County?"

That this Committee opposes any privatisation or outsourcing of the Environment Services Department cleansing operations and calls on the Manager to retain these services within the Councils own resources.

• Outsourcing of cleansing services

That the Council report on littering and loitering on the walkway/underpass from Brookmount Estate towards Firhouse(direction of Weir) which will be discussed by this Committee.

That this Committee calls on the Manager for a report on the graffiti cleaning programme for county, of particular concern is the Templeogue/Terenure ward which has seen a huge increase in recent weeks.And also to comment on any negotiations that may be taking place with Dublin City Council in relation to any discussions they may be having with utility companies regarding any plans for their own cleaning programme.

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to restore the green-space at Kiltalown Path/Rd/Park to a safe and secure area for children and residents to use recreationally. In addition to this that the Manager instruct the litter wardens to aggressively pursue those perpetrators of the disgraceful dumping and burning that has robbed the local residents of their amenity. That the Manager also agrees to install as a matter of urgency a mobile CCTV Camera on the green space to aid the Litter wardens in their effort to catch these enemies of the Community".
