To ask the Chief Executive in dealing with planning enforcement complaints are there any plans to review the present system for making a complaint as this seems to be very laborious and inefficent ie. It places unnecessary obstacles in ones way. If you are making a complaint, you have to download the form. You then have to hand write on it. The boxes on the form are incredibly small so you can fit very little in them. You then have to scan the form and email it back to SDCC. Is it possible to change this to a more user friendly method?
