a) Whitechurch - Report on Public Notification Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2003 for the proposed construction of an infill housing project on lands on the former Golf Club lands at the junction of Whitechurch Avenue/Lawn and Grove, Whitechurch Estate,  Dublin 16.

 d) Castletymon - Report on Public Notification Procedure Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 - 2003 for the proposed construction of an infill housing project on lands at Castletymon Green, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

e) Knockmore - Report on Public Notification Procedure Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 - 2003 for the proposed construction of an infill housing project on lands at Knockmore, Tallaght, Dublin 24 on lands off and adjacent to Donomore Avenue , Donomore Green, Knockmore Avenue and Knockmore Green.

f) Fortunestown B3 & B5 - Report on Public Notification Procedure Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 - 2003 for the proposed construction of Phases 3 & 5 of an integrated residential development comprising 160 social and affordable units on a site at Fortunestown Lane to the west of the existing Sundale Estate and to the south of the existing Ard Mor Estate and Brookfield Community College, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

 g) Harelawn Park - Report on Public Notification Procedure Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 - 2003 for the proposed construction of an infill housing project on lands at Harelawn Park / Harelawn Grove, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. 

 h) Fettercairn Road - Report on Public Notification Procedure Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 - 2003 for the proposed construction of an infill housing project on lands at Fettercairn Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

To ask the Manager if, in anticipation of the adoption by the Council of the draft Play Policy, he will prioritise the bringing forward of specific proposals for additional playgrounds, and play facilities,  in the County, and have regard to the abysmally low level of playgrounds in South Dublin County, as revealed in the National Audit of Play Facilities published by the National Play Resource Centre, and if he will make a report of the findings of the Audit in respect of the provision of playgrounds in South Dublin County in comparison with national provision, and in particular in comparison with other large urban areas?

That the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee notes the Manager's Report on Motion 21 on the Agenda of the Council Meeting of 8th May 2006 and requests the Manager to identify areas in the Clondalkin and Lucan Electoral Areas for which the approval of the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government for pilot Community Warden Schemes will be sought, and to prepare a proposal for the Department, which will be informed by the ongoing deliberations  of the LGMSB and City and County Managers.

That the Manager gives detailed information in relation to the “Corkagh Town Plan”. This plan is in relation to Affordable Housing.  Is there no other area within the Ward/County that would give the number of affordable houses needed? This would save Corkagh Park?

In response to representations from residents in the Oatfield & Wheatfield Housing Estates concerning on-going anti-social behaviour displayed by some private tenant's & the irresponsible attitude of some landlords, I move that this Council acts in conjunction with the P.R.T.B & Revenue Department to ensure that all landlords in the area are registered & tax compliant.
