That the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee recommends that  the Manager request the Roads Department to examine the situation in regard to the safety of pedestrians, especially children, on Greenfort Gardens in the vicinity of Quarryvale Community and Leisure Centre with a view to providing additional traffic calming measures at the location, as the number of adults and children using the Centre has increased with the opening of the Playground.

"To ask the Manager to make an urgent statement in connection with the complaints received against the Lidl Development on the Greenhills Road from residents who live on the Tibradden Close, what action has followed such complaints which were initiated in September of this year, the options open to the Council at this stage for the deliberate flouting of the existing planning permission, and the developers inability to work within the specified working hours as set out as a condition of the permission, and if he will make a statement on the matter?"
