That this Committee calls on the Manager to address the issues in Whitethorn Estate relating to the open space between the Estate and Wheatfield Prison/Courthouse and Cherry Orchard Hospital/Dublin City Council.  This area, where the responsibilities of a number of public bodies overlap (or underlap) is a major source of  ongoing anti-social behaviour and requires urgent joint action by the parties concerned.

That this Committee calls on the Manager responsible to take the necessary steps to bring all laneways in Palmerstown into the ownership of the Council and to enter into arrangements with adjacent householders that will limit access to these laneways to people who have a legitimate reason to use them.
