"That this Committee requests the Manager to take whatever steps are necessary to give effect to the Council's objective of extending the Dodder Linear Park west of Old Bawn Bridge, and that a detailed report be prepared  within the next 3 months outlining how this might be achieved eg utilising funds ex capital budget , negotiations with landowners etc".
