"To ask the Manager in relation to the recycling facility at Tymon Park car park on Willington Lane

(a)    Is he aware of the problems with litter and overfull containers and the resulting problems of unsightly overflow especially with plastic bags in windy weather and what measures are available to resolve this problem

(b)    What plans are proposed to develop recycling at this location and in the general Willington/Orwell area

(c)    Will the Manager in the current programme of recycling facilities introduce further facilities for individual residents of the area
