That this Committee notes the informative article "A Gaff with a Bit of Class" about youth centres and cafes in The Irish Times of 7th February 2007, and requests the Manager to arrange a visit to The Gaff, Galway for Community Department officials and interested Councillors.  Perhaps an invitation could also be sent to the teachers and students of St Joseph's College, Lucan who participated in last year's Youth Café Transition Year Project to accompany Council representatives on the visit.
