To ask the Manager if he is satisfied that everything is being done to ensure that residents who live close to the "Inner Ring Road" will not have to endure unhealthy or unsafe air or noise pollution when the current works are completed and in particular to report on the locations and readings of monitoring stations that informed the Evironmental Impact Statement, what level of current monitoring is in place/planned and to fully report on all findings relating to this matter?

To ask the Manager to report on the safeguards that are in place to safeguard residents who live close to the current M50 Upgrade works and to include in his report, the result of all readings to date from Air and Noise Pollution monitoring stations along the route, to identify where these stations are located and to confirm the Council is doing everything possible to ensure the health and safety of residents during the operational phase of the M50 Works?

To commend Management for concessions that have been made in response to residents complaints about the M50 Works and in particular for the diversion of heavy traffic away from some residential areas and the restoration of some open space for children's recreation and to ask the Manager to report on the liaison system that has been put in place for communities who live close to the current M50 Upgrade works and to include in his report if he is satisfied that the current arrangements are adequate and working well and to confirm that the Council is doing everything possible to minimise the impact on local residents, including reducing to the absolute minimum work outside of core 0800 to 1800 hours during the operational phase of the M50 Works?

To ask the Manager to report on the taking-in-charge process for the public right of way traversing the lands at Clonard, Lucan linking the Lucan Road and the Newlands Road. It is reported that this right of way has been available to the public since 1837.
"To ask the Manager to have the tree outside the house on St. Joseph's Road, Greenhills ( details supplied) pruned drastically as it is blocking daylight severly and results in lights to be on all day and to give this priority in the pruning season?"
