"That the Manager arrange for the immediate completion of all outstanding works at Whitechurch Stream, especially in view of the clear commitment given in this regard before the Summer break?"

REPORT:

A contractor has been appointed to resurface the carpark area of Whitechurch Stream Estate. It is anticipated that this work will be carried out in September 2006.
