"To ask the Manager when the Roads Department is going to assert its authoirty in respect of the ploughed up margins at the junction of Marian road and Butterfield Avenue?"

REPLY:

Under the roads / traffic regulations, it is an offence to park a vehicle on a grass margin. The enforcement of this regulation is a matter for the Gardai.

This matter will be forwarded to the gardai for their attention.
