That this Committee supports the concerns of the Larkfield Residents Association about the boundary between the estate and the Outer Ring Road, particularly in relation to the raised height of the road surface on the Bus Lane relative to the low boundary wall on the green area, leading to concerns that in the event of a  road accident  a vehicle could mount the wall and career onto the green area, and also in relation to anticipated noise levels, and requests the Manager to investigate the possibility of raising the height of the wall after construction work on the ORR is complete and planning suitable bushes to give a noise barrier.
