To ask the Manager for a detailed update and clarification on the plot of land *details supplied. Correspondence from the Council indicates, that it is not in Council ownership but may be required in the future. There is a great deal of anti-social behaviour there and the Council have acknowledged in writing, that the plot is registered as part of the school property. The school quite simply wish to incorporate this small piece of land in to the school grounds. When and how can this issue be resolved?
To ask the Manager to review the Oxigen collection for Daletree Crescent, the collection is currently being carried out in the evening time which is inconvenient to residents in this area and to arrange to have the green space outside *details supplied to be reinstated after its destruction by the Oxigen freighter on the 22nd of January last - this area has been left in a terrible state despite calls by residents to Oxigen who do not appear to have responsibility in relation to this?
To ask the Manager to arrange for without delay a plan to create adequate boundary treatment of the McUlliam Estate with a view to protecting the children of the estate from the extremely busy road - Fortunestown Lane that runs along the estate, currently local children are severely at risk of being knocked down as they can run straight out on to the road which is a very short distance from the dwellings at the front of the estate?

To ask the Manager to report on the care and maintenance of Oak Court Estate, Palmerstown, which is not only very close to a Public House and a number of take-aways and convenience store but is also one of the main gateways to Glenaulin Park and the Community School and as such seems to attract a lot of traffic - both motorised and pedestrian - which may or may not contribute to the high level of graffiti, dumping of rubbish, litter and broken kerbs at the junction of Oak Court Avenue and Oak Court Drive (attendees of Adult Education Parking?). Would it be possible to have such Estates swept at least once a month?

To ask the Manager if a pedestrian crossing could be provided close to the 54A bus terminus on Kiltipper Way in Tallaght, given the pedestrian activity at this location, and the substantial residential developments that have occurred in recent years, particularly in Marlfield, Ellensborough and Kiltipper Gate, and in view of the issues on pedestrian safety at this location, if this request for a pedestrian crossing could be prioritised, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

That the Manager bring forward a report detailing the criteria used in approving the development of new estates and in particular guidelines in relation to boundary treatment, including with neighbouring estates, safety features and the naming of roads and estates and that the matter be fully discussed.
That this Committee calls for the facilitation of the Bohernabreena Enterprise Centre to extend the premises at 14 Allenton Drive in order to cater for increased local demands in affordable childcare.
That this Committee calls on the Manager, to discuss the infill development known as Cushlawn phase 3, with a view to the eradication of the newly created areas of concern to residents which are likely to become anti-social areas.
