QUESTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"To ask the Manager to have the grass cut in the green area at Delaford Park on a more regular basis as it is very difficult for the Children to play football if the grass is to long?"

REPLY:

The green area in Delaford Park is included on our regular grass cutting schedule, unfortunately due to the poor weather conditions over the past number of months we have been unable to achieve our regular cutting schedules, and this situation has since improved with the drier weather in recent weeks.
