To ask the Manager to report on the solution, to the problem of the unfinished Boundary Walls in Foxborough Estate as conditioned in the Planning Permission for Foxborough Estate, and that it was reported to me years ago by the Road's Department that these walls could not be finished pending the planning process and construction phase of the Outer Ring Road, and subsequent to the completion of the Outer Ring Road Widening Works I have been informed by the Planning Department that the enforcement date by which the Developeris compelled to complete these Boundary Wall has now elapsed.

That this Committee believes that opportunities for employment of local people are likely to arise if the development of Liffey Valley Town Centre goes ahead on a phased basis, and requests the Manager to write to the Clondalkin Social Welfare Office seeking as much information as is available on the numbers of persons in North Clondalkin who are unemployed or on the Live Register.

To ask the Manager for a report on the N4 Upgrade works near the junction with the Adamstown Road and behind the houses on Hillcrest Drive, and if he will provide information on the mitigation measures provided for in the contract to ameliorate the negative effects for residents, including noise and loss of privacy, which will arise from the removal of trees, and if it is proposed to increase the height of the boundary wall?
