"To ask the Manager to arrange for the removal of tree outside 8 St. Bridgets Drive as it is a Cherryblossom that has damaged the footpath and the residents garden wall and to install a new tree as soon as possible?"
"That the Manager prioritise the resurfacing and reinstatement of the busy footpath between the pedestrian lights on Ballyroan Road (outside no. 177) and Anne Devlin Park, as the footpath is in a very poor and dangerous condition, particularly for elderly pedestrians."
