To ask the Manager if he would examine the footpaths on entrance to Hillcrest Estate, Lucan with a view to improving the one on the left hand side as it is in a state of disrepair.
To ask the Manager for a progress report on the boundary wall between Waterstown Park and houses on Riversdale Grove, Palmerstown. This wall is in a very dangerous state and was to be made safe as a planning condition when the estate was built but was not. The Council was exploring legal options some years back but things seem to be at a standstill. In the meantime the condition of the wall, which is some 12 feet high, has deteriorated and could be the source of serious danger to users of the Park.
To ask the Manager to have a tree pruned on Waterstown Park, which is overhanging the garden of (details supplied)* and seriously blocking the light to the windows of the house and can also be calculated to be a danger.
