To ask the Manager for a progress report on the boundary wall between Waterstown Park and houses on Riversdale Grove, Palmerstown.  This wall is in a very dangerous state and was to be made safe as a planning condition when the estate was built but was not. The Council was exploring legal options some years back but things seem to be at a standstill.  In the meantime the condition of the wall, which is some 12 feet high, has deteriorated and could be the source of serious danger to users of the Park.
