Further to Question No 13 at the February 15th, 2012 meeting of the Area Committee, regarding the request for closure of the laneway between Commons Road and Boot Road, can the Manager confirm that a petition from residents on this matter was received in 2011 requesting closure of the laneway and on that basis can the Council now consider action on the matter?
