QUESTION: Councillor D. Looney

"To ask the Manager for an update on the legal proceedings due against the developer of the derelict McHugh's Site on St James' Rd, Greenhills, Dublin 12 and to make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

A high court hearing is due today (20th April 2012).  An adjournment is being sought by the Council's Law Department following correspondence and meetings with agents for McHugh Management Company Ltd in order to successfuly obtain a judgement for €60,000 in the future.
