"That the Manager would provide a report on actions taken by the Council to inspect a vacant property at Chapel Hill, Lucan, (address supplied) under Derilict Sites Legislation, and if it is expected that the broken side gate will be made good at an early date, to prevent unauthorised access to the rear of the premises, which is a matter of concern to neighbouring householders in Sarsfield Park and Chapel Hill?"
